Hester, Joyce E. of Brant, Michigan, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on October 20, 2011 at home. Joyce was born December 16, 1941 in St. Charles to Harold and Sylvia (Mayhew) Fuller, who have preceded her. She married Robert Hester on June 23, 1984. He survives her. Joyce grew up in the First Baptist Church of St. Charles. She greatly enjoyed teaching junior church and working in church. Joyce was an LPN and worked for various doctors in Saginaw County. She also enjoyed working for a time at Wee Care Day Care in Saginaw.

Surviving besides her husband, Robert, of 27 years are her children, Daniel Moore, Mark Moore and Matthew (Martha) Moore; grandchildren, Montana and Danielle Moore, Matthew, Jr. and Zachary Moore; sisters, Ruth Soule, Carol Harris, Lois (Jeff) Gould; brothers, James (Edna) Fuller, William Fuller, Lawrence (Emma) Fuller and David Fuller, who preceded her. Step-children and their families are Paul (Mary) Hester, Rev. Daniel (Kayleen) Hester, Timothy (Julie) Hester and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Kendall Funeral Home, St. Charles. Rev. Daniel R. Hester will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday, October 21 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
