Cindy age 47, loving wife, mother, daughter and sister passed away December 25, 2011 at Brian’s House with her loving family by her side following her courageous battle with cancer.  She was born November 29, 1964 in Clare to Larry and Patricia (Dziuban) Loar.  She married Eugene Sobieray on June 25, 1988.  He survives her.  Cindy was a book keeper for Joe’s Electric and Radio Shack in Standish.  She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church Nine Mile in Pinconning.  Cindy enjoyed scrabble, country music, scrapbooking, camping and playing cards, but most of all spending time with her family and friends.  She is survived by her husband Eugene of 23 years; her children Samantha of Bay City, Andrew of Standish, Rebecca of Swartz Creek and Mitchell of Standish, her parents; Larry and Patricia Loar of Beaverton, her sisters Sandy Loar of Bay City, Trina (Tim) Stagray of Bay City, Darlene (Jim) Looker of Midland and Charlene (Wayne) McQuarter of Pinconning, father in law Felix Sobieray, brother and sister in laws Alice (Bob) Borowy, Jim (Carla) Sobieray, Patricia (Tom) Ayers, Robert (Linda) Sobieray, Steven Sobieray, Michael (Vickie) Sobieray, Charlie (Denise) Sobieray, Madeline (Chuck) Burtch, Vicki (Doug) Duvall, Lucy (Tom) Swiecicki, and Joe Sobieray, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Cindy was predeceased by her mother in law Irene Sobieray, and two nephews Anthony Pero, and Scotty Sobieray.

Funeral Mass will be held Thursday December 29, 2011 at 11 am from St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Joseph Miller presiding with burial in St. Mary’sMt.CalvaryCemetery.  Friends may call at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1 to 8 pm.  A Rosary will be held at 7 pm.  On Thursday Cindy will lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of service.  In lieu of flowers those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Brian’s House, Susan G Komen of the Cure or the family’s wishes.  The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the nurses at Bay regional CCU unit, Dr. Abramson and to Brian’s House and the staff for the compassionate care Cindy and her family received.
