Kathleen Palmer, 66, of Beaverton, lost her battle with cancer on January 14, 2012. She was born on October 13, 1945 to James & Helen (Ransom) Tremain. She lived in Gladwin County her whole life working as a Librarian Assistant for Beaverton Rural Schools. She Married Jerry Palmer on August 27, 1966 in Beaverton. She is survived by her husband: Jerry; sons: Monte (Lisidia) Palmer of Beaverton; Morey Palmer of Beaverton; daughter: Megan (Anthony) Bigham of Gladwin; precious grandchildren: Deine; A.J.; Monique; Cheyenne; Kelsie; Brody; Bronson; sisters: Carolyn (Boyd) Vincent of Rapid City South Dakota; Linda (Jeff) Grove of Beaverton; Nancy Tremaine and Jim Sage of Beaverton; brother: James R. (Diana) Tremain of Beaverton; several nieces and nephews; special friend: Judy Warner of Midland. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 1-9:00 P.M. She will be laid to rest at Tobacco Twp. (Dale) Cemetery, Beaverton, Michigan.
