Smith of Midland; sister, Maxine (Melvin) Swinson or Larkin Township; grandchildren, Kevin (Cara) Sasse, Shelly (Jeff) Weckesser, and Sherry (Bill) Schaffinitt, all of Midland; great grandchildren, Justin (Renee) Weckesser, Camden Weckesser, Lanie Weckesser, Grace Weckesser, Noble Weckesser, Christian Weckesser, Paul Weckesser, and Kannon Weckesser, all of Midland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Fath; and by her brothers, Leon Schneider and Robert Schneider.

May Fath Marshall, 89, of Midland, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Tendercare of Midland. She was born May 26, 1922 in Larkin Township, daughter of the late Max and Minnie (Altman) Schneider. May was a lifelong resident of the Midland area, and had worked as a beautician in Midland for many years.


She will be missed by her daughter, Connie Sasse (Herbert L.) Smith of Midland; sister, Maxine (Melvin) Swinson or Larkin Township; grandchildren, Kevin (Cara) Sasse, Shelly (Jeff) Weckesser, and Sherry (Bill) Schaffinitt, all of Midland; great grandchildren, Justin (Renee) Weckesser, Camden Weckesser, Lanie Weckesser, Grace Weckesser, Noble Weckesser, Christian Weckesser, Paul Weckesser, and Kannon Weckesser, all of Midland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Fath; and by her brothers, Leon Schneider and Robert Schneider.

~Funeral~
Funeral services for May will take place at 11:00 am Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Our Savior Lutheran Church. Pastor Kurt Eichinger will officiate with burial in Midland Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

~Visitation~
Family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 9 am until the time of service.
