Obituary for Ray E. Dew of  Standish, Michigan

Ray, age 72, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Tendercare of Tawas City, Michigan. He was born on July 22, 1939 to Cameron and Madonna (LaFleur) Dew in Fairview, Michigan. Ray married Judy Trombley at St. John’s Catholic Church in Standish on August 23, 1958. Ray worked for Delphi, retiring in 2000. He was a member of the UAW and the American Legion.

Ray is survived by his wife Judy; daughters Melissa Dew Sprague, Melinda (Jacob) Sitkowski and Manda (Keith) Haas; nine grandchildren Matthew, Krista, Colin, Cameron, Kyle, Danielle, Kody, Kory and Ashton; two brothers Jerry and Jim; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son-in-law Mark Sprague.

Visitation will be at the R. O. Savage Funeral Chapel in Standish on Monday, February 6, 2012 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Cremation will follow.

Memorials are suggested to wishes of the family, the Alzheimers Association or Hospice Advantage of West Branch.
