Survived By: He is survived by his wife, Kristine; a son Kyle Mikolaizyk of Frankenmuth; mother, Grace Granger; a brother, Stan (Shawn) Mikolaizyk of Georgia; a sister, Marilynn (Jeff) Briggs of Georgia; many aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Floyd.
Affiliations: He was formerly employed by Amigo Mobility International for 19 years and has been employed by AHB Tooling and Machinery since 1994. Joe was a member of Vassar First Baptist Church, where he served as an usher.

Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 4, 2012, age 51 years.  Joe was born on September 19, 1960 to Grace and the late Floyd Mikolaizyk.  He was married to Kristine Booth on November 4, 1994; she survives him.  He was formerly employed by Amigo Mobility International for 19 years and has been employed by AHB Tooling and Machinery since 1994.  Joe was a member of Vassar First Baptist Church, where he served as an usher. 

 

He is survived by his wife, Kristine; a son Kyle Mikolaizyk of Frankenmuth; mother, Grace Granger; a brother, Stan (Shawn) Mikolaizyk of Georgia; a sister, Marilynn (Jeff) Briggs of Georgia; many aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.

 

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Floyd.

 

Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at  Vassar First Baptist Church.  Reverend David Somers will preside.  Burial will take place at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Reese.  Joe’s family will receive visitors on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. at the Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Vassar First Baptist Church Joseph Mikolaizyk Memorial Fund.
