Survived By: She is survived by her mother Regina Philipp and two daughters Nadine (Robert) Klosowski and Bobbijo (Robert) Arntz, and a special friend Luella Kuch and her seven children Rhoda, Rebecca, Elliott, Roxanne, Fred, Rachel, Melvin and their families. Six grandchildren Daniel Stivenson, Kyle, Amelia, Hannah Klosowski, Maegan and Jacob Arntz, one great granddaughter Summer Stivenson, three sisters Mary Davis, Sherry Wall and Renee Rex, one brother Anthony Mercier and their families. With many other loved family members and friends.

Ms. Ballor age 61 passed away Thursday December 17, 2009 at her home with her loving family by her side.  She was born in Bay City, MI on November 2, 1948 to Leo & Regina (Morin) Mercier.  Regina retired from GM Power train of Bay City in 2001 after 31 years of service.  She belonged to the Eagles 3655 of Albright Shores and American Legion Auxiliary Post 0370.  She is survived by her mother Regina Philipp and two daughters Nadine (Robert) Klosowski and Bobbijo (Robert) Arntz, and a special friend Luella Kuch and her seven children Rhoda, Rebecca, Elliott, Roxanne, Fred, Rachel, Melvin and their families.  Six grandchildren Daniel Stivenson, Kyle, Amelia, Hannah Klosowski, Maegan and Jacob Arntz, one great granddaughter Summer Stivenson, three sisters Mary Davis, Sherry Wall and Renee Rex, one brother Anthony Mercier and their families.  With many other loved family members and friends.  Regina was predeceased by her father Leo Mercier and a brother Michael Mercier and grand daughter Adrianna Klosowski.

 

A celebration of life will be held Sunday December 20, 2009 at 4 pm from the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Lawrence presiding with inurnment at Sunset Valley Crematory.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 pm until time of service.  The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Advantage Home Care and Hospice for the compassionate care Regina and her family received.  In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Cancer Society.
