William Derwood Hisey, 68, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away suddenly, on Tuesday, December 29, 2009. He was born on May 1, 1941, in Wyandotte, Michigan, to Jennings Bryan & Georgia (Marie) Hisey. He married Michelle June on December 2, 1989 in Gladwin, Michigan. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was employed as a Maintenance Welder for Ford Motor Company. He had lived in Gladwin county for the last 30 years, previously residing in Wyandotte. He is survived by his wife: Michelle Hisey of Beaverton; daughters: Shelly Wentz; Michele Evers both  of Zephyrhills, Florida; Kelly (James) Atherton of Beaverton; sons: William B. (Shannon) Hisey of Gladwin; Chris (Melissa) Oates of Milton, Florida; 6 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; 5 grandchildren; 1 sister & 1 brother. Arrangements made by Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan, but are incomplete at this time.
