She was raised in a loving home amid an extended family. Lois moved to Saginaw with her parents and three sisters in 1936. She worked for Bell Telephone Company as a supervisor in the business office for several years. While singing in the First Congregational Church Chancel Choir, she met her dear David Watson. She was a devoted grandmother and developed a special relationship with each of her 5 grandchildren. Lois moved to her daughter's home in Mt Pleasant in 2008.
