Jenny Ann (Gloer) Marshall, 51, of Beaverton died suddenly Sunday evening December 2, 2012 at MidMichigan Medical Center –Gladwin.  She was born on August 19, 1961 in Bowling Green, Ohio, daughter of Joy (Young) Gloer and the late Dale Gloer. 

 

She was raised in Northville, Michigan, attended CMU and eventually moved to Midland to raise her family.  The former Jenny Ann Gloer married Thomas Marshall on February 14, 1997 in Midland.  Jenny loved spending time with family and friends and she was most recently excited about becoming a grandma.  She enjoyed boating in the summertime, landscaping, cooking and socializing.  Jenny was an animal lover and rescued many different animals throughout her lifetime. 

 

Surviving in addition to her husband Tom of 15 years and her mother Joy Gloer of Ormond Beach, Florida are her children, Christi (Brandon) Severinsen of Surprise, AZ., Mandi (Kyle) Stevenson, Justin Hauenstein and Peyton Marshall all of Midland; sister Debbie (Bill) Ryder of Ocklawaha, Florida; brothers David (Barb) Gloer of Caro, Jerry Gloer of South Lyon; grandsons Mason and Landon. 

 

A memorial service for Jenny will take place at 4:00 p.m. Friday December 7, 2012 from Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.  Father Peter J. Gaspeny will officiate.  Jenny’s family will receive friends at the Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Home, 1200 West Wheeler Street on Thursday from 5-7 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Midland Humane Society.
