Mary Josephine Pasionek, age 96 years, passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, January 5.   Mary Josephine was born in Saginaw, Michigan to Joseph and Mary Guida on December 27, 1916.  She graduated from nursing school as a proud R.N. in 1945.  Josephine married Joseph J. Pasionek, president and co-owner of Pasionek Sales and Service on October 28, 1950. 

 Josephine took great pride in her family which includes her children:  Donna (Bill) Brothers, Joseph (Carol Jean) Pasionek, Becky (John) Pantuso, Mary Beth (Larry) Smith, and Maureen (Michael) Kushion.  She also leaves 12 loving grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a loving friend and care giver, Judie Smith, one brother in California, several sisters- and brothers-in-law, and many, loving nephews and nieces.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. Pasionek, two sisters, and four brothers.

 Josephine found comfort in her strong Catholic faith and attended Immaculate Conception church where she has been an active member for many years.

 Mary Josephine will be missed by all those whose lives she has touched.  It would be wonderful if we could all be remembered in such a beautiful way.  She will be forever in our hearts and only a loving thought away.

 Funeral mass will be held on January 10th at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church.  Fr. Todd Arnberg will preside.  Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 9th from 2-8 p.m. with a vigil service at 7 p.m. at CM Humpula Funeral Home, St. Charles and again on Thursday at church from 10 a.m. until the funeral mass.  Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the Epilepsy Foundation.
