Passed away Monday, January 7, 2013 at the age of 58 years.

Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 720 Tuscola. Rev. Judy Boli will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., on Friday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. where the family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
