Survived By: Surviving are one brother and two sisters, Dominic and Emma Licavoli, Emma Stabek, Elizabeth Licavoli, all of Saginaw; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Lena was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers, Sister Grace Licavoli, O.P., Josephine Schuster, Rose Grillo, Jenny Hunkins, Joseph, Philip and Samuel Licavoli. A special thank you to Annette Crete and Nina Suchy for the excellent care they provided to their Aunt Lena.

Daughter of the late James and Antonina (Scola) Licavoli, Lena was born March 24, 1924 in Saginaw, Michigan. She had been employed by Lufkin Rule for 25 years and then G.M. Parts Plant for eight years. Lena was a member of St. Josaphat Catholic Church, its Altar Rosary Society and League of Catholic Women. She was a former member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

  Loving sister and aunt passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Hoyt Nursing and Rehab Centre. Age 88 years. Daughter of the late James and Antonina (Scola) Licavoli, Lena was born March 24, 1924 in Saginaw, Michigan. She had been employed by Lufkin Rule for 25 years and then G.M. Parts Plant for eight years. Lena was a member of St. Josaphat Catholic Church, its Altar Rosary Society and League of Catholic Women. She was a former member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

 Funeral Liturgy will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013 at St. Josaphat Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Ronald Dombrowski will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty) where the family will be present on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday at St. Josaphat Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. St. Josaphat Rosary Altar Society will pray the Rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a Vigil Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Grand Rapids Dominicans.
