DANIEL L. KODAT of Prescott formerly of Flint, passed away February 5, 2013 at 72 years of age.

He is survived by his son, James (Shannon) Kodat of Dover, Deleware.  Three grandchildren, Kevin, Kristopher and Kameron Kodat.  Siblings, Darwin Kodat, Judy Schlopert and Kris (Al) Reynolds.

Mr. Kodat retired as a stock keeper from general Motors.  He was a car collector of “Hot Wheels” and enjoyed photography, wood working and coin collecting.

Private cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the Prescott Chapel of the Buresh Funeral Home, 101 Harrison Street.  Mr. Mark Schlopert officiating.  Those wishing to express words of sympathy may do so at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
