Passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the age of 60 years.

Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 North Jefferson Avenue. Pastor Eugene Burton will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m.
