She was preceded in death by a brother J.C. Buck; 2 sisters LouVellen Wantor and Annie Ruth Hill.
Affiliations: She was born January 6, 1926 in Pitt County, North Carolina to the late Burley & Annie (Carrow) Buck. She married Joseph Toth in 1946. He preceded her in death in 1978. Evelyn was retired from the Bay City School district where she worked in Kolb, Brissette, Handy and McAlear Sawden schools as an teacher's aide. She also, worked at Southern Bell as a telephone operator. She loved the outdoors, gardening, traveling and her cats. She also enjoyed spending time with her close friend Amy Hawkins.

Mrs. Toth, 87 passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Carriage House of Bay City following a brief illness. She was born January 6, 1926 in Pitt County, North Carolina to the late Burley & Annie (Carrow) Buck. She married Joseph Toth in 1946. He preceded her in death in 1978. Evelyn was retired from the Bay City School district where she worked in Kolb, Brissette, Handy and McAlear Sawden schools as an teacher’s aide. She also, worked at Southern Bell as a telephone operator. She loved the outdoors, gardening, traveling and her cats. She also enjoyed spending time with her close friend Amy Hawkins.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday February 12, 2013 at 11 am from Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home with Pastors Paul Rabich and Audrey Parker presiding with burial in St. Anne Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2 to 8 pm and Tuesday from 10 am until time of services. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to to consider McLaren-Bay Region Cardiac Rehab and Apostolic Church of Pinconning.
