Survived By: Cherishing his memory are his daughter, Diane Wesolek; grandson, Lance Wesolek and his wife Alicia; great-grandson, Peyton; sister, Evelyn Couillard; also two sisters-in-law, Dolores Kraszewski and Mary Wittbrodt. Ray was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Wesolek, and by a sister, Betty Brin.
Affiliations: Raymond served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He married the late Eleanor Wittbrodt and they shared over 55 wonderful years together. She predeceased him January 16, 2004. Ray earned his B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University in 1950. He was a member of the local, state and National Society of Professional Engineers. Raymond was very devoted to his family and his Christian faith.

 On Saturday, February 16, 2013 Raymond J. Wesolek was born into eternal life with his Saviour, Jesus Christ.  Raymond served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He married the late Eleanor Wittbrodt and they shared over 55 wonderful years together. She predeceased him January 16, 2004. Ray earned his B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University in 1950. He was a member of the local, state and National Society of Professional Engineers. Raymond was very devoted to his family and his Christian faith.  Funeral Liturgy will take place 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1323 Malzahn in Saginaw. Rev. Fr. James Heller will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours at the funeral home. Friends may call at St. Stephen Catholic Church where the family will be present on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Stephen Catholic Church. Arrangements entrusted to The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road.
