Survived By: Surviving are her husband, Virgil; her children: Jerry, Jim, Johnson, Chester (Lisa) Johnson, Joyce (Rick) Naert, John (Jennifer) Johnson, Cindy (Calvin) Kosik, and Ruth Ann (Mike) Schaefer; 19 grandchildren, three great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters: Joseph (Pauline) , Andy (Mary) Carmona, Margaret (Jim) Ecker, John (Bea) Carmona, Mary Louise (John) Olson, Gloria, and Rachel Garcia; many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Frances was preceded in death by a son Charlie Johnson, her first husband Alvin Johnson, a sister, Carmen Carmona-Dishaw, and a nephew, James L. Ecker II.

    Age 70 years, died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Vada Villa of Unionville with her family by her side.  She was born on May 11, 1942 to the late Jose and Evangeline (Saenz) Carmona.  Frances was employed with Oasis Restaurant for 20 years as a waitress and bookkeeper.  She married her husband, Virgil, on September 21, 1991.Frances was a member of St. Norbert Church of Munger, loved shopping for clothes and bling, having lunch with family and friends, going to casino, and going to her work.    Surviving are her husband, Virgil; her children: Jerry, Jim, Johnson, Chester (Lisa) Johnson, Joyce (Rick) Naert, John (Jennifer) Johnson, Cindy (Calvin) Kosik, and Ruth Ann (Mike) Schaefer; 19 grandchildren, three great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters: Joseph (Pauline) , Andy (Mary) Carmona, Margaret (Jim) Ecker, John (Bea) Carmona, Mary Louise (John) Olson, Gloria, and Rachel Garcia; many nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Frances was preceded in death by a son Charlie Johnson, her first husband Alvin Johnson, a sister, Carmen Carmona-Dishaw, and a nephew, James L. Ecker II.    The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Wednesday February27, 2013 at 10:00 am in St. Norbert Church, Munger with Fr. Prentice Tipton, Jr.  presiding.  Memorials may be directed to Vada Villa (Adult Foster Care) 5750 Sheridan Rd., Unionville, MI. Visiting hours will be Tuesday at the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel from 2:00 to 8:00 pm with the Vigil Service at 7:30 PM and at the Church on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time.
