Survived By: Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Rainer and Mary Jane David, Wolfgang and Marcia David, Melitta David, Pam Dashner, Gerald and Lorie David, Jim David; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Emma was preceded in death by her son HansJurgen and a great-grandson Brody.
Affiliations: Our wonderful mother, cherished Oma and loving grandma went home to join her husband on Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Daughter of the late Georg and Elisabeth (Kellenbenz) Kestel, Emma was born on January 17, 1922 in Goppingen, Germany. She was married to Hans Frank, who was listed as MIA in WWII and was blessed with four children. On January 5, 1955 she was married to Gerald David, moved to Freeland Michigan and was blessed with three more children. Emma taught Sunday school at Dice Wesleyan Church for 20 years and the church was her favorite place to be. She enjoyed making cross-stitched baby blankets, flowers and especially spending time with her family.

 A Life Celebration will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 12 , 2010 at Dice Wesleyan Church, 3950 N. Thomas, Saginaw. Pastor Brian Martinus will officiate with burial in Owen Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty) where the family will be present on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday at Dice Wesleyan Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Dice Wesleyan Church.           .
