Barratt, Margaret E. (Peggy)

     Passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Covenant – Cooper at the age of 92 years. 

          Margaret was born on July 25, 1917 in Clarence, Missouri.  She married Charles Barratt on August 24, 1940, he survives her.  She was a member of the Bridgeport Community Church, for over 50 years and held many church office positions.  She will be missed by her family and friends.

          Surviving besides her husband are two children and their spouses; Robert (Mei) Barratt, Seattle WA; Richard (Geneva) Barratt, Alma, MI; two grandchildren Erika Barratt, Philadelphia, PA; Tyler Barratt, Phoenix, AZ; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by four brothers and a sister.

     Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 15, 2010, at Bridgeport Community Church.  Rev. Ronald Sinclair will officiate with burial in Pinegrove Cemetery.  Friends may call at the W. L. Case Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway, from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday.  They may then call at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Bridgeport Community Church women’s guild.
