Survived By: Surviving are five children; Michael (Jean) Ciaciuch, Mark (Kathy) Ciaciuch, Mary Lou (Dennis) Knapp, Sherrie (Ron) Kruse, Thomas (Tizz) Ciaciuch, her grandchildren; Joshua (Karly) Knapp, Gabriel & Stephanie Knapp, Zane & Andrew Ciaciuch, Nichole, Aaron & Kaye-Lani Novak, Bailey Ciaciuch and three great-grandchildren; Tyrus, Alexis and Carsten Knapp. Also surviving are two sisters; Helen Roberts, Geraldine Beson, a sister in-law; Dania Ciaciuch and numerous nieces and nephews.
Affiliations: She was a member of St. Hedwig Church.

B. Sally Ciaciuch passed away Thursday morning March 18, 2010 at the Bay Regional Medical Center age 76 years.  Daughter of the late Edward “Ted” & Rachel (Rivet) Schumann she was born February 22, 1934 in Bay City.  She married Theodore M. Ciaciuch, Jr. on June 6, 1953.  He predeceased her September 19, 2005.  Sally enjoyed playing cards with her friends at Country Meadows.

 

Surviving are five children; Michael (Jean) Ciaciuch, Mark (Kathy) Ciaciuch, Mary Lou (Dennis) Knapp, Sherrie (Ron) Kruse, Thomas (Tizz) Ciaciuch, her grandchildren; Joshua (Karly) Knapp, Gabriel & Stephanie Knapp, Zane & Andrew Ciaciuch, Nichole, Aaron & Kaye-Lani Novak, Bailey Ciaciuch and three great-grandchildren; Tyrus, Alexis and Carsten Knapp.  Also surviving are two sisters; Helen Roberts, Geraldine Beson, a sister in-law; Dania Ciaciuch and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her mother in-law and father in-law; Theodore & Sophie Ciaciuch, her brothers and sisters; Genevieve (Earl) Denomme, Katherine (Edward) Stokoe, Roy (Lucille) Schumann, James “Bud” (Ellen ) Schumann, Louise (Eugene) DeMatio, Patricia (Max) Leitermann, E.J. “Mike” (Yvonne) Schumann, Mary Ellen (Robert) Grout, Carol (Albert) Hubert.

 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday March 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Hedwig Church.  Rev. Fr. Kevin Kerbawy will officiate.  Friends may call at the Squires Funeral Home on Saturday from 5 – 8 p.m. on Sunday from 2 – 8 p.m. and at the church on Monday after 10:00 a.m.  There will be a parish vigil service for Sally at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.  Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. Jude or family wishes.
