Survived By: Surviving besides her husband Billy are her mother, Dorothy Tykoski; one daughter, Tina (Shawn) Akers; four step-daughters, Lin Sue McClean, Wendy Halliday, Piper Halliday and Heather Steverson; six grandchildren, Jeremy, Justin, Brooke, Kourtney, Jessica, Kennie; an unborn grandson, Aaron; her sister, Jeanette (Rodney) Sugden; an aunt and uncle, Pat Rau and Raymond and Marian Braun; a niece, Cheryl and David Milka and their daughters, McKenna and Marissa; many cousins.

  Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Monday, December 21, 2015 at HealthSource Saginaw.  Age 66 years.  The daughter of Dorothy (Braun) Tykoski and the late Richard Tykoski, Linda was born on January 16, 1949 in Saginaw, Michigan.  She married Billy E. Halliday on February 23, 1979.  He survives her.  She enjoyed animals and working in the yard. Linda was a member of St. John Paul II Parish – St. Josaphat Catholic Church.  She was a former member and volunteer for the Carrollton High School Athletic Association.

 Surviving besides her husband Billy are her mother, Dorothy Tykoski; one daughter, Tina (Shawn) Akers; four step-daughters, Lin Sue McClean, Wendy Halliday, Piper Halliday and Heather Steverson; six grandchildren, Jeremy, Justin, Brooke, Kourtney, Jessica, Kennie; an unborn grandson, Aaron; her sister, Jeanette (Rodney) Sugden; an aunt and uncle, Pat Rau and Raymond and Marian Braun; a niece, Cheryl and David Milka and their daughters, McKenna and Marissa; many cousins.

 Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at St. John Paul II Parish- St. Josaphat Catholic Church, 469 Shattuck Rd.  Rev. Fr. James Bessert will officiate with entombment to follow in St. Andrew Mausoleum.  Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Monday  from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church from  10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.  Those planning an expression sympathy may wish to consider memorials to a charity of your choice.
