| Affiliations: | James was born in Alma, Michigan on October 1, 1958, the son of Duane and Onalee (O'Boyle) Kimmel. He graduated from Ovid Elsie High School with the class of 1977. On September 26, 1992 he married Gloria Longoria in Elsie, Michigan who survives him. He resided all of his life in the Elsie area and was employed by Ryder Corporation in Lansing, Michigan. Jim enjoyed fishing and hunting, he was a true outdoors man.
