Gabriel ‘Gabe’ James Jasman, 19, of Traverse City, passed away July 4, 2017, unexpectedly in a motor vehicle accident.

Gabe was born on September 27, 1997 to Jamie and Autumn (Stokoszynski) in Bay City, MI.

He is a graduate of Traverse City West Senior High. Through his high school years he wrestled proudly for the school. Beyond his enjoyment for wrestling, Gabe was always found outdoors when the weather permitted, sometimes even when it didn’t hanging with his friends and family enjoying a bon fire or mudding with his buddies. After a day on the trails, the boys would pull out the tools and repair what they had broken. This was Gabe’s true ambition, to become a mechanic.

When thinking of Gabe, words like; big hearted, friendly, outgoing, loyal, hard working, best hugger, quick to say I love you, great friend, great brother, great son, great grandkid always came to mind and were freely spoken.

Gabe is survived and will be dearly missed by his parents, his siblings; Jonah, Eli and Molly, his grandparents; Deb and Tim Jasman, Bill Stokoszynski, Kaye Stokoszynski, great grandparents; Diane Wright, Don Kroczaleski, Gen (Herb) Pake, June Herman, Margaret Stokoszynski and Dave and Karen Wright.  He is also survived and missed dearly by his uncle Tim Jasman Jr., his cousins Hailey and Alyssa Jasman and Andrew, Lucas and Sophie Stokoszynski, and his best buddies; Orion, Tiegran and Ian.

Gabe is preceded in death by his Uncle A.J. Stokoszynski and his great grandparents; Conrad Jasman, Andrew Stokoszynski and Jake Herman.
