Survived By: Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife Brenda and two sons, Terry Glynn and Andrew Glynn, Saginaw; his step-son Eric Curtis, Texas; his mother, Ruth Glynn, Saginaw; two brothers and two sisters, Richard (Margaret) Glynn, Orlando, Florida; John Glynn, Gaylord; Mary Goodhall, Lansing; Patricia Glynn, Saginaw; his aunts and uncles, Jean Glynn, Judy (Ron) Stone and Michael Glynn, all of Ithaca; many nieces, nephews and close friends including John Smokoski, Randy Burkhard, Vince Earegood, John Jaime and Dave Kiefer. David was preceded in death by his father, Richard Glynn.
Affiliations: Beloved husband, father, son and brother passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. Age 58 years. Son of Ruth (Hoffmann) Glynn and the late Richard L. Glynn, David was born March 27, 1959 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Brenda Curtis on January 12, 1990 in Saginaw. Dave was a 1977 graduate of Millington High School where he participated in sports, but his loves were karate and scuba diving. After graduation he enlisted in the Air Force where he achieved the rank of sergeant, serving in the U.S. and Europe and participated in a still classified mission during the Iran Hostage crisis. As a child Dave always hated moving, so upon discharge found a perfect property and with the help of his brother, John and friend John Jaime, built his family home where he loved gardening and watching the wildlife. Dave attended S.V.S.U. and had a varied work career. He retired from Highway Maintenance Co.

 Beloved husband, father, son and brother passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. Age 58 years. Son of Ruth (Hoffmann) Glynn and the late Richard L. Glynn, David was born March 27, 1959 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Brenda Curtis on January 12, 1990 in Saginaw. Dave was a 1977 graduate of Millington High School where he participated in sports, but his loves were karate and scuba diving.  Funeral Services will take place 12:00 noon Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Patrick Thompson will officiate. Burial will take place in North Star Cemetery, Gratiot County, with Military Services conducted by American Legion Post #334. Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw Valley State University Music Department.
