Daughter of the late Frank and Helena (Moore) Montalbano, Colleen was born March 8, 1955 in Flint, Michigan. She attended New Lothrop High School and went on to Central Michigan University where she received her Masters of Arts and Library Science. Colleen was employed at St. Stephens and Nouvel High School and then went to the Bay City Public Schools as a Librarian. She enjoyed gardening, reading and watching Red Wing Hockey.

 Funeral Service will take place 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 11, 2017 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Fr. John Johnson will officiate. Private burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery, New Lothrop, Michigan. Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
