Age 85 years,  died August 5, 2010. He was born on December 23, 1924 to the late Frank Fascett and Gertrude Ida (Eckhart) Robison.

Frank was a proud Eagle Scout. He graduated from Central High School and was valedictorian for the class of 1943. He served in the US Army during World War II in the Signal Corps. He attended the University of Michigan graduating with a Bachelor’s and two Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Math.  He was a true Michigan Man with a Maize and Blue heart. He was a member of Tau Beta Phi, and Eta Kappa Nu, Engineering Honor Fraternities. He was a registered Electrical Engineer employed by Dow Corning as a Consulting Engineer for 35 years. His memberships included First Presbyterian Church, the ICEE, Bay City Lodge No. 88 BPOE and the Bay Area Family Y. He was an active member in aerobics and local competitive races.

He was a dedicated and a loving husband to his high school sweetheart for 62 years, Margy DuLong. He was a loving father always putting his children wants and needs first. He never knew a stranger and would help anyone at anytime. His kind heart and caring ways will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife the former Margaret E. DuLong, whom he married June 18, 1949, as well as four children. Jennifer (Leon) Wieland, F. Rick (Jane) Robison. Meg (Paul) Smith and Jim (Amy) Robison,  four grandchildren, Jon (Shea) Wieland, Jared (Heather) Wieland,  Jeffery and Jenner Smith and two great grandchildren, Leighton Wieland and Rhett Wieland, sister and brother in-law Mary and Harry Sowton and nieces Robin (Rick) and Tay (Jim) and Susan McEachern and many friends.

Visiting will held Sunday on August 8th, 12 noon until 1:30 pm at Penzien-Steele Funeral Home, after which a private service will be held. The Rev. Dr. Jeffrey D. Weenink will officiate with inurnment in the First Presbyterian Columbarium. Memorial tributes may be made to First Presbyterian Church.
