Passed away Wednesday morning, August 25, 2010 at her home. Age 66 years. Linda was born April 22, 1944 in Saginaw to Thomas and Nellie (Katch) Lister. She married Raymond Mendyk on December 25, 1961. He preceded her in 1997. Linda was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Charles. She retired from T.P.I. after 30 years of service. Linda thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren.

Surviving are two sons and a spouse, Raymond Scott (Kendra) Mendyk and David Phillip Mendyk; six grandchildren, Christopher, David, Brandon, Keely, Alisyn, and Karson; three sisters, Helen Leadford, Karen Lambert, and Donna Tausch and several nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded by a daughter, Shannon Rose and two brothers, Robert and William Lister.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Church, St. Charles. Fr. Todd Arnberg will officiate with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Kendall Funeral Home, St. Charles on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of mass.
