Beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away early Sunday, September 5, 2010 at Brian’s House. Betty was born April 23, 1921 in Grayling the daughter of Hans and Grace (Billings) Niederer. She was united in marriage to Paul Willettein 1945; he preceded her in death in 1973. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

          Left to cherish her memory are her four children; Sandy (Leo) Hebert, Paul (Carol) Willette, Mary Jane (Peter) Keech and Susan (Rick) Wall, ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, brother, Don Niederer and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband Paul, Betty was preceded in death by a sister, Molly (Deary) Eaton and a brother, Paul Harwood.

          Betty’s family would like to give a special thank-you to Brian’s house and Dr. Parmer for the great care given to them and their mother.

          Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010 from St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Patrick C. O’Connor officiating with Committal Services to follow in St. Patrick Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church Thursday morning from 9:00 am until time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Brian’s House of Bay City.
