SEELEY, Charles F. – of Montrose, age 74, died Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Brian’s House in Davison.  Funeral services will be held 11am Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Fellowship Baptist Church, G14046 N. Saginaw Rd., Clio, Pastor Darrel Manning officiating.  Burial at Thetford Township Cemetery.  Friends may call at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose on Wednesday from 4-9pm and at the church on Thursday from 10am until time of service.

Charles was born August 31, 1934 in Flint, Michigan to the late James and Alice (Wilshire) Seeley.  He had resided in the Montrose area the past 37 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.  Charles married Judith Merrill on February 11, 1961.  He was employed with Buick for 30 years, retiring in 1995.  He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and UAW Local 599.  Charles enjoyed camping.

Surviving are:  wife, Judith; children, Robert Seeley of Montrose, Suzanne Seeley of Birch Run and Ronald Seeley of Montrose; 9 grandchildren; sister, RuthAnn (Carl) Stroope of Millington; brother, George (Linda) Seeley of TN; son-in-law, Thomas Minnick of Montrose; several nieces and nephews.  Charles was also preceded in death by his daughter, Cheryl Minnick in 2007 and brother James Seeley.  Please sign our guest book or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.
