Age 53 years, died Monday, April 25, 2011 in Covenant HealthCare – Cooper in Saginaw, Michigan.  Joey was born December 31, 1957 in Bay City where she graduated from Bay City Central High School in 1975.  For the past 25 years, Joey has resided with her family in Lapeer, Michigan.  She has always enjoyed music, dancing and singing, along with gardening and crafts.

Joey is survived by her two children:  Brenna Guillen and Drake Guillen; her mom and “her dad” Marilynn “Buzz” and Gustof Stricker.  Besides her father, Joseph Drake, she was predeceased by two sisters:  Jayme and Julie Drake.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel.  Nancy Rivet will officiate and interment will follow in Floral Gardens Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Association.  Visiting hours with the family will be Thursday from 11:00 am until time of service at the W.
