Kuch, LeAnn J.
Auburn, Michigan
Passed away early Sunday morning October 16, 2011 at her home in Auburn after a lengthy illness at the age of 70 years. She was born on March 24, 1941 to the late Henry and Lourena (Rosenbrock) Landosky and lived her entire life in Beaver Township. She graduated from Bay City Handy High School in 1958 and attended Delta College. LeAnn married Everett Schlink on February 27, 1960; he predeceased her on February 16, 1982. Then on January 8, 1988 she married David R. Kuch, he survives her. LeAnn was a member of Beaver Zion Lutheran Church. She was employed for many years at the Willard Hilton, and then worked in the payroll department at Consumers Energy for 20 years, retiring in 2006. LeAnn enjoyed gardening, sewing, baking, painting and spending time with her family. Besides her husband, LeAnn is survived by her sons; Bruce (Denese) Schlink of Lafayette, IN, Todd (Connie) Schlink of Auburn, step-children; Kimberly (Dennis)Wanzer of Perryville, Maryland, Tammy (Mark) Stieve of Huntersville, NC, Phillip (Beth Seipke) Kuch of Freeland, Shawn (Sara) Kuch of Midland and daughter-in-law; Lisa Kuch of Midland. She is survived by brothers; Rodger (Virginia) Landosky of Auburn and Russell (Penny) Landosky of Midland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; Neil Schlink, Thomas Behmlander, Carrie Behmlander, David Gilmour, Matthew Wanzer, Nicholas Wanzer, Taylor Stieve, Taylor Seipke, Madison Kuch, Brendon Kuch, Zachary Seipke, Ava Kuch and Ronan Kuch and 2 great grandchildren; Colin Behmlander and Connor Schlink. LeAnn was predeceased by her brother; Wayne Landosky.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday October 19, 2011 at Beaver Zion Lutheran Church. Rev. Seth R. Hemme will officiate with burial to follow in Beaver Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cunningham/Taylor Funeral Home, 312 W. Midland Rd., Auburn on Tuesday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
